Pricing

Pricing, before the call.

Most agencies make you book a call to find out what they cost. We'd rather you know before we talk. This page is everything we charge, everything you get, and how we work. If the numbers don't work for you, you've just saved us both 30 minutes.

Paid media management

We run your ad accounts: strategy, structure, bidding, budgets, testing and reporting. You get senior people in your accounts, not an account manager relaying messages.

Management fees
Setup and audit, one time$5,000
First $200,000 of monthly ad spend10%
Monthly ad spend above $200,0007%
Minimum monthly fee$5,000
Maximum monthly fee$25,000

The monthly fee is calculated on your trailing 30-day ad spend across every channel we manage, at each invoice. It moves with your spend automatically, never mid-month and never retroactively. Ad spend itself is paid by you, directly to the platforms.

What's included

  • A full account audit and a restructure plan before anything changes
  • Campaign builds and restructures, including separate campaigns per market where the economics differ
  • Bid strategy, budget pacing and conversion event choices. Spend increases always need your written approval
  • Search terms, negative keywords and auction monitoring, every week
  • Ad creative and copy, made by us or with a designer we bring in, or briefs for your team if you have one, plus a testing framework with clear kill and scale rules
  • Written specs for tracking fixes, such as the Conversions API and conversion action mapping
  • Cohort analysis to find your real cost-to-lifetime-value ratio by market, and incrementality tests where attribution is murky
  • A weekly scorecard, regular reports with a video walkthrough, and a review call every two weeks
  • Account monitoring every business day, with problems flagged within one business day

What's not included

  • Ad spend. You pay the platforms directly
  • Implementing tracking code or website changes. We write the spec; your developers build it
  • Email, push, SMS, organic social and SEO
  • Product, pricing and retention work. We'll tell you what we see, but it isn't a deliverable
  • Third-party tool subscriptions

Terms

Commitment
Six months, then month to month. Either of us can end it with 30 days' written notice after that. Leaving before six months means the remaining months of the initial term are due.
Billing
The $5,000 setup is due when we start, and work begins when it's paid. After that, we invoice on the first business day of each month for the month before, due within 15 days.
Channels
One fee covers every channel we manage for you. Adding a channel doesn't add a fee.
Ownership
Your ad accounts, pixels, data and creative are yours, always. When we stop, we remove our own access within five business days, and nothing leaves with us.

Ad account audit

We go through every paid channel you run and tell you exactly what's broken, what's working and what to do next, in order. You get the full report and a walkthrough. Then your team, your buyer or we can take it from there.

$5,000one time, paid up front. Delivered in about 15 business days.

What you get

  • An audit of every active paid channel, such as Meta, Google, TikTok and Apple Search Ads: structure, targeting, bidding, budgets, search terms and creative performance
  • A tracking and attribution review: pixels, the Conversions API, your MMP, click IDs, SKAdNetwork and server-side setup
  • A landing page and funnel teardown, with annotated screenshots
  • A creative testing framework: kill gates, scale triggers and an AI-assisted production workflow
  • A copywriting and messaging framework, with before-and-after examples
  • A prioritized action list, ranked by impact and effort
  • A findings walkthrough, live (60 to 90 minutes) or recorded, your choice

The 15 business days start once payment and account access are both in. Fully refundable until work starts. No account changes are included; the report is written to hand off to whoever implements it. Once paid, every deliverable is yours. More about the audit →

Book 30 minutes · $125Book 60 minutes · $250

What we'll do

  • Strategy calls on whatever's on fire, or whatever's next
  • Review your media buyer's or agency's plans, structure and results, and tell you what we'd change
  • Build CAC, LTV and ARPU models: payback, scaling thresholds and how much you can afford to spend
  • Review creative: briefs, hooks, copy and your testing setup
  • Troubleshoot tracking and attribution, and write the specs your developers need
  • Give feedback on landing pages and funnels
  • Assess new channels, like AppLovin, Moloco and connected TV, before you spend on them
  • Plan expansion into new markets, in the order the numbers support
  • Review your UGC and influencer programs
  • Set up AI-assisted workflows for reporting, analysis and creative production

Consulting is advisory. We tell you what to do and why; your team makes the changes. If you want us in the accounts, that's management.

Which one fits

You spend $50,000+ a month and want it runManagement. At that spend, the fee is 10% or less, and you get senior people running the accounts.

You want to know what's brokenThe audit. One fee, a full report, and a ranked plan your team can act on.

You have a team and want a second opinion on callConsulting, by the hour. Use it for a single question or every week.

You spend less than $50,000 a monthThe $5,000 management minimum would be more than 10% of your budget. Start with the audit or a few hours of consulting.

Who we do our best work with

Our best results have come from clients with these four things in common:

  • Founders who decide fast. You can approve a test on Tuesday and see it live on Wednesday.
  • A strong product with broken marketing. People already buy and come back. The ads, tracking or funnel are what's holding you back.
  • Clean data, or the will to fix it. You'll share real sales numbers and let us fix tracking before we scale.
  • Trust with the whole funnel. Ads, landing pages, offer and follow-up are one system, and you let us treat them that way.

Who we won't work with

We'd rather say this up front than twenty minutes into a call. We're probably the wrong fit if:

  • You sell to businesses. We only work with consumer brands, and with political campaigns and causes.
  • Your ad budget is under $20,000 a month. Below that, a management fee eats too much of the budget. The audit or consulting by the hour is the better start.
  • You sell adult content, MLM or get-rich-quick courses, payday loans or debt products, or vapes, tobacco and cannabis. We don't advertise these, at any budget.
  • You want clicks, likes or boosted posts. Those are the easiest results for a bot to fake, so we won't optimize for them. Here's why.
  • You won't share the numbers that matter. If we can't see your sales or bookings, nobody can tell you what's working, including us.
  • You need the ads to prove the product. Ads scale something people already want. They can't create demand that isn't there, so we start pre-traction brands with consulting instead.
  • You have no budget for new creative. Creative does most of the targeting now. Without a steady supply of new ads, there's nothing to test.
  • Your landing page, offer and funnel are off-limits. Most ad problems are partly funnel problems. We fix what's behind the click too, or we're just buying traffic for a leaky bucket.
  • You want to approve every ad and budget change. Testing only works if we can move daily. If every change waits for sign-off, we're not testing anything.
  • You want someone on chat all day. We check in on Slack or email once or twice a day, with a call every two weeks. The rest of the day goes into your account, which is the work you're paying for.
  • You want someone to execute, not to push back. We treat your account almost like our own business, which makes us loud and opinionated. If you want a yes-man, we're the wrong hire.
  • You want a trial month, or you'd pull the plug the moment a few weeks dip. Testing needs some weeks that go sideways. We work on a 6-month minimum for exactly that reason.
  • You want a guarantee, or to pay only on results. Nobody honest can promise ROAS before seeing your account, and results depend on your product, site and pricing too. We promise clear milestones, honest reporting and early warning.
  • You want to scale before you can measure. Raising spend before tracking works just pays the platform to find more of the wrong people.

Gambling, crypto, high-risk investing, supplements and weight loss are fine, but go in clear-eyed: platform rules are strict, results can be rocky, and the 6-month minimum still applies. And sometimes it's simply not the right problem for us. We only take on accounts we find genuinely interesting, so we'll occasionally turn down a good business. When we do, we'll say why and point you somewhere better.

How we work

We keep the team small and senior on purpose. These rules keep our time on your account instead of in meetings and chat.

  • Email for decisionsApprovals, decisions and deliverables go by email, so there's always a record.
  • One chat channelOne Slack channel for quick questions. We don't join internal workspaces or group chats.
  • One point of contactRequests and approvals come from one person on your side, not five.
  • Check-ins once or twice a daywe read and reply on Slack and email once or twice each business day, so you'll hear back within 12 to 24 hours. We're on Central European Time. The rest of the day goes into your account, not into chat.
  • A call every two weeksExtra calls by agreement. Real emergencies, like a suspended account or runaway spend, any time.
  • No standupsNo sprint reviews, no all-hands, no internal meetings unless they're about your ads and we've agreed in advance.

Questions

Why a percentage of ad spend?

Because the work and the stakes grow with your spend. A bigger account means more campaigns, more markets and more money on the line every day. The cap means you're never punished for scaling: past roughly $271,000 a month in spend, our fee stops growing.

Why a six-month minimum for management?

Paid media needs time to test, restructure and compound. On a serious account, real results don't show up in 30 or 60 days, especially when tracking has to be fixed first. Six months gives us the runway to deliver, and gives you proof we're in it for more than a quick win. Here's how those six months usually break down.

Is ad spend included in the fee?

No. Our fee is for our work. You pay the ad platforms directly, from your own accounts, and we never touch your media budget.

Do you make the ads?

Yes. We make ads ourselves, and we bring in graphic designers when a project needs them. If you already have a creative team, we'll brief them instead, so every ad gets built for testing either way.

Can I start with the audit and move to consulting or management later?

Yes. The audit is written to hand off, whether that's to your team, a media buyer or us. Plenty of teams start with the audit, then book consulting hours while they act on it.

Who actually does the work?

Founder Kevin Veitia leads every account and joins your calls, with no account managers or juniors in between. When a project needs extra hands, such as design, we bring in trusted senior specialists and manage them ourselves.

Which channels do you cover?

Whichever paid channels we agree on at kickoff: Meta, Google and Microsoft, TikTok, Reddit and Apple Search Ads. On management, one fee covers every channel we run for you. Adding a channel doesn't add a fee.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Results depend on things nobody controls alone: your product, your pricing, your creative and the market. Anyone who guarantees ad results is selling you something. What we guarantee is full transparency about what's working, what isn't, and why.
