1. Agreement and our services

Effective October 5, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ouigrowth.com, book.ouigrowth.com and any call you book through them. By using the site or booking a call, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The site is operated by OuiGrowth, a Wyoming corporation ("OuiGrowth", "we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at hello@ouigrowth.com or 525 Randall Avenue, Ste 100, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States.

We provide paid media services: ad account management, ad account audits and consulting. Management engagements, audits and ongoing consulting are governed by a separate written agreement, such as a statement of work or services agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement takes priority.

Prices on our pricing page are in US dollars and may change at any time. A price change never affects a call or engagement you have already paid for or signed.

2. Booking, payment and cancellations

You can book three kinds of calls through book.ouigrowth.com. All calls take place on Google Meet at the time you booked, shown in your time zone.

Payment. Paid calls are charged in full when you book, through our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are in US dollars. You're responsible for any taxes, bank fees or currency-conversion fees that apply to your payment.

Cancelling or rescheduling. You can cancel a paid call using the link in your confirmation email. To reschedule, email us, or cancel and book a new time. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the call, we'll refund you within 5 business days. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are not refunded, but we'll try to offer a new time.

No-shows. If you don't join within 15 minutes of the start time and haven't told us, the call counts as a no-show and isn't refunded.

If we cancel. If we cancel or can't hold a call, you can choose a full refund or a new time at no extra cost.

Refunds. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. How long they take to appear depends on your bank. If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank, so we can fix it quickly.

3. Our advice and your responsibilities

Our calls, audits and recommendations are professional opinions based on the information you give us and our experience. Advertising results depend on many things we don't control, including your product, pricing, creative, budget, competitors and the ad platforms themselves. We don't guarantee any specific result, such as revenue, ROAS, cost per acquisition or growth.

Nothing we provide is legal, tax, financial or investment advice.

You decide what to implement, and you're responsible for:

• the decisions you make based on our advice;
• the accuracy of the information you give us;
• keeping your ads, landing pages, tracking and data practices compliant with the law and with each ad platform's policies.

If you give us access to ad accounts, analytics or other systems, you confirm that you're authorized to do so. You can remove our access at any time.

4. Content, confidentiality and use of the site

Our content. The text, case studies, glossary, graphics, logo and the OuiGrowth name on this site belong to OuiGrowth or its licensors. You're welcome to read it and share links to it. Please don't copy or republish substantial parts without our written permission. Client names and logos belong to their owners.

What you get from a call. You may use the advice and any materials from a paid call for your own business. Deliverables from audits and engagements are covered by the written agreement for that work.

Confidentiality. We keep the non-public information you share with us confidential and use it only to provide our services. This doesn't apply to information that is already public, that we already had, or that we're required to disclose by law. Please treat the non-public materials we share with you, such as proposals and audit findings, the same way.

Using the site. Please don't misuse the site or the booking system. That includes trying to break or overload them, accessing them in unauthorized ways, booking calls with false details, or sending spam through them.

Other services. Calls run on Google Meet and payments run through Stripe. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we're not responsible for their availability. Links to other websites are for convenience; we don't control those sites.

5. Liability and disputes

No warranties. The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate, but case studies and results describe past work, not a prediction of what you'll get.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, OuiGrowth is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue, data or ad spend. Our total liability for any claim about the site or a call is limited to the amount you paid us for that call. Liability for engagements is set in the written agreement for that work.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit. If you're a consumer, you may also have rights under your local law that these Terms can't override.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Disputes. If something goes wrong, contact us first. We'll try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. If we can't:

• claims within the small claims limit may be brought in small claims court in Laramie County, Wyoming;
• all other claims will be settled by binding arbitration in Cheyenne, Wyoming, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association;
• the prevailing party may recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

6. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time and will change the effective date at the top when we do. The version in effect when you book a call applies to that call.
