Paid media

A paid media agency with no B-team.

OuiGrowth runs paid media for consumer brands, from apps and fintech to ecommerce and education, across Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit and Microsoft Ads. Every account is led by founder Kevin Veitia, who has run paid media since 2012, and every channel is judged on what it adds to your business, not on the platform's own dashboard.

What we run

How we run paid media

One plan across every channel

Channels feed each other. Cutting whatever looks expensive this month and piling into whatever looks cheap is how good growth dies; we call it min-maxing. We plan budgets across channels and judge each one on what it adds.

Measured in your CRM, not in ad dashboards

Ad platforms grade their own homework. Performance Max tends to overstate sales, by about a third in our experience, so for Ceremony Matcha we checked it against a standalone Shopping campaign. We judge channels on sales, qualified leads and revenue in your own systems, and test incrementality when attribution gets murky.

Optimized for the event that pays

Clicks and installs flatter dashboards. We optimize as deep in the funnel as volume allows: registrations for Canva, identity verification for UGLYCASH, qualified leads for Jenfi. Never link clicks or engagement, which bots can fake: here's why.

Creative does the targeting

Ad platforms now find your audience from the ad itself. We build ads as templates and test one variable at a time, so we know which hook, face or offer actually moved the numbers.

Senior people only

Every account is led by Kevin Veitia. When a project needs more hands, we bring in trusted senior specialists, never a junior account manager relaying messages. Why we built it this way.

Sometimes the answer is spend less

We've told clients to pause a channel, fix tracking first or stop paying for searches they already win. SmarterSelect's paid search closed at 16% against 34% for direct traffic, so we recommended stopping it.

Proof

  • CanvaRegistrations in French-speaking markets for as little as $0.03 each
  • Ground News$0.25 US installs, then $0.75 in the UK, before scaling Google
  • JenfiCost per lead halved after iOS 14.5, with more qualified leads
  • eCowHidesROAS from about 7x to 15x in three months on Meta
  • UGLYCASHFirst fundings 43% cheaper across Latin American markets
  • SmarterSelectSix months of CRM data, and the honest call to stop Google Ads
  • PASCO ScientificSix years of lead generation for science teachers, plus Google Ads for the online store
  • StarbucksSummer drink launches at pop-up bars in Nashville and Seattle, on Facebook and Instagram

When we're the right fit, and when we aren't

Right for

Full management fits businesses spending about $50,000 a month or more on ads, with tracking in place and someone who can act on recommendations. We work only with consumer brands: apps, fintech, ecommerce, subscriptions and education, plus political campaigns and causes.

Not right for

Below about $50,000 a month in spend, our $5,000 monthly minimum would take more than a tenth of your budget, so start with an audit or a few hours of consulting. We're also the wrong fit if you want guaranteed results. Nobody honest can promise them.

Questions

What does a paid media agency do?

It plans, buys and optimizes ads on platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok and Reddit: strategy, campaign setup, creative testing, tracking and reporting. A good one judges every channel on what it adds to revenue, not on the platform's own numbers.

Which channels do you manage?

Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (Search, Shopping, Performance Max and App campaigns), TikTok, Reddit and Microsoft Ads. One fee covers every channel we run for you.

How do you charge?

Management is 10% of ad spend, with a $5,000 monthly minimum and a $25,000 maximum, plus a one-time $5,000 setup. An audit is $5,000 and consulting is $250 an hour. Everything is on the pricing page.

Who works on my account?

Founder Kevin Veitia leads every account. When a project needs extra hands, such as design, we bring in trusted senior specialists and manage them ourselves.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Results depend on your product, pricing, creative, budget and the platforms themselves. What we do promise is clear targets, honest reporting and early warning when something isn't working.
