Privacy Policy
1. Who we are and what this covers
Effective October 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data OuiGrowth collects when you visit ouigrowth.com or book a call through book.ouigrowth.com, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
OuiGrowth, a Wyoming corporation, is responsible for this data. Contact: hello@ouigrowth.com, 525 Randall Avenue, Ste 100, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. Because we work with clients in the European Union and the United Kingdom, we handle personal data to the standards of the GDPR.
When we work inside a client's ad accounts, analytics or other systems as part of an engagement, we handle that data on the client's behalf under our agreement with them. The client's own privacy policy covers that data, not this one.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the site, book and hold calls, and get paid.
| Type | What it includes | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Booking details | Your name, email address, phone number, notes you add in the booking form, the consent choices you make, your time zone, and the date and time of your call | You, through the booking form |
| Fit check answers | Your answers to the fit check on our website, the result it showed you, when you took it, the page or website that sent you to it and, if you then book a call, a link to that booking | You, through the fit check |
| Payment details | Amount, payment status, billing name and country. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us | Stripe |
| Communications | Emails and messages you send us, and notes we take during calls | You |
| Call recordings | Recordings, transcripts and notes of every call. You agree to recording when you book, and we remind you at the start of the call | Amie, our meeting-notes tool |
| Calendar entries | The call event and Google Meet link created in our calendar | Our booking system, through Google Workspace |
| Technical data | IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and timestamps | Our hosting and security providers |
| Usage analytics | Pages visited, the site or campaign that referred you, approximate location and device type; heatmaps and session recordings with form fields masked | Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, only after you accept analytics cookies |
Please don't send us sensitive data, such as health information or government ID numbers, through the booking form.
3. How we use it
We use your data only for the purposes below. Under the GDPR, each one needs a legal basis, shown in the second column.
| What we use it for | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Reading your fit check answers to decide whether we're a good fit, preparing for your call, and improving the fit check | Our legitimate interest in choosing projects we can do well and preparing for calls |
| Scheduling, holding and following up on your call, including the confirmation email and calendar invitation sent automatically from our Google Workspace account | Performing our agreement with you, or steps you ask for before one |
| Taking payment, issuing receipts and keeping accounting records | Performing our agreement; legal obligations |
| Replying to your messages | Our legitimate interest in answering you |
| Keeping the site and booking system secure and working, and preventing fraud and abuse | Our legitimate interest in a safe, working service |
| Understanding how visitors use the site so we can improve it, using Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity | Your consent |
| Recording calls so we have accurate notes | Our legitimate interest in keeping accurate records of our calls |
We don't sell your personal data, and we don't send you marketing emails unless you've asked for them. The fit check suggests which kind of call suits you based on your answers. That suggestion has no legal or similarly significant effect: you can always book a paid call or write to us, and a person reviews every booking.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with the service providers that run our site and booking system, and only for the purposes above.
| Provider | What they do for us |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosts the website, speeds it up and protects it from attacks |
| Vercel | Hosts the booking system |
| Turso | Stores booking records (name, email, phone number, notes and consent choices) and fit check answers |
| Stripe | Processes payments |
| Google Workspace | Gmail, Calendar and Meet: sends booking confirmations and calendar invitations automatically, and hosts video calls |
| Google Fonts | Serves some of the website's fonts; your browser connects to Google to load them, which shares your IP address |
| Fontshare | Serves the website's main font; your browser connects to Fontshare to load it, which shares your IP address |
| Google Analytics | Visitor statistics, only after you consent |
| Microsoft Clarity | Heatmaps and session recordings of the site, only after you consent |
| Amie | Records, transcribes and summarizes calls |
We may also share data with professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, with collaborators who help deliver our services under confidentiality obligations, with authorities when the law requires it, or with a buyer if the business is sold.
International transfers. OuiGrowth is a US company and most of our providers are in the United States, so your data is processed there. For data from the EU, the UK or Switzerland, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where a provider is certified under it, and on standard contractual clauses otherwise.
5. How long we keep it, security and cookies
We keep most personal data as part of our business records with no fixed end date, and we delete it when you ask us to (see section 6).
| Data | How long we keep it |
|---|---|
| Booking records and call notes | No fixed end date, until you ask us to delete them |
| Fit check answers | 12 months, or as long as the booking record if you booked a call |
| Emails and messages | No fixed end date, until you ask us to delete them |
| Payment and accounting records | At least as long as tax and accounting law requires |
| Technical logs | A short period set by our hosting providers, usually days or weeks |
| Analytics data | According to the retention settings of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity |
Security. The site and booking system run over encrypted connections, access to your data is limited to OuiGrowth and collaborators who need it, and our providers maintain strong security programs. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Cookies. The site uses cookies it needs to work: security cookies from Cloudflare to detect bots, and cookies Stripe sets on its checkout pages to process payments and prevent fraud. With your consent, we also use cookies from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. Those only run after you accept them in our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.
6. Your rights and contact
You can ask us at any time to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct anything that's wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- send your data to you or another company in a common format;
- withdraw any consent you gave, without affecting what we did before.
Email hello@ouigrowth.com and we'll respond within one month. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep some data where the law requires it, such as payment records. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority; in France, that's the CNIL. If you live in a US state with privacy laws, you may have similar rights, and we honor requests from anyone wherever they live.
Children. The site and our services aren't intended for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes. We may update this policy and will change the effective date at the top when we do. If a change is significant, we'll also note it on the site.
